一、外观及组成
1、PU哑面肤感盖面浆是丙烯酸与聚氨酯类混合物
2、外观： 乳白色膏状物
3、离子性： 阴离子性
4、PH值： 6－7.5
二、产品特点
适用于印花胶浆的哑光处理，盖面后哑度高，牢度好，手感柔软，表面干爽柔滑且有肌肤感，抗刮性强，提高印花产品档次。
三、使用方法
1、印好其它胶浆至八成干左右，再盖1－2次加1%助剂的PU哑面肤感盖面浆，自然凉干4－12小时，过热130℃－150℃ 1－3分钟。
四、注意事项
1、上述说明仅供参考意见，须客户自身经过试验检测后，若结果合格方可投入大量生产，应操作不当引起的损失，本公司概不负责。
2、储存：应储存在阴凉通风处，不可暴晒或低温冻结。

二、Features
It is suitable for printing pastes to make Matte treatment,after covering ,it looks dumb,good fastness,soft hand feel,dry,fine and smooth ,skin feeling, strong resistance of scratch,meanwhile,improving quality of printing products.
三、Usage
Printing other bases and drying for eighty percent,using PU matte surface covering base with 1% of auxiliary to scrape one to two times,natural drying for 4 to 12 hours,heat 1to 3minutes at 130-150℃.
四、Notes
1、Above specification just for reference only,customers must make a test by themselves,if result is ok,you could make mass production,we are not responsible for losses due to wrong operation.
2、Storage:It should be stored in cool state,avoid exposure or freeze at low temperature.
3、Shelf life:12 months.
