一、适用

特光滑硅油布，丝光棉布，风衣布，防水尼龙布，普通尼龙布，羽绒服，莫代尔，雨伞布，泳衣布以及PU皮革等。

二、外观组成及说明

◇ 外观及组成：白色(半透明)状粘稠体，聚氨酯聚合物

◇ 布氏粘度：80000~100000CPS

◇ PH值：7.0±0.5

◇ 固体含量：40%±1

三、特性

遮盖力好、高光泽、水洗牢度好、高附着力、手刮不掉，手感柔软、耐黄变、耐老化，印刷性能优，干湿擦达到4-5级（透明）。常温下保存12个月，（避免45℃以上高温或-25℃以下低温）属于环保型水性墨。（双组份）

五、操作流程

网纱80-100目印花 → 印2-3次2刀 → 烘干、干燥 → 热处理 或过炉(150℃,3分钟)

六、注意事项

由于面料多种多样，在印花之前需要先行测试。在有涂层的布料上印花，需要测试布料涂层跟PU体系的粘结强度.。未确定情况使用或操作不当引起的质量问题本公司概不负责 。
