二、外观组成及说明：
1、外观：乳白色糊状。
2、组成：环保特软高弹树脂、进口助剂同钛白粉混合而成。
3、离子性：非离子性。
4、粘度：140000-150000CPS。
5、PH值：7-8

三、特性
CH6200哑白 （高弹哑光型）： 哑面干爽型，遮盖力好，弹力好，手感中软，洗水牢度强，抗回粘性能优
CH6201哑透（高弹哑光型）： 得色率高，哑面干爽型，洗水牢度强，弹力好，手感中软，抗回粘性能优，干湿擦达到3级
四、操作流程：
1、本品一般使用100-120目丝网，根据不同图案使用不同目数，一般棉布印2次每次刮2刀，如印高弹性布料必须先用透明浆打底两次，再用白胶浆和透明浆调色后，盖面两次，即可得到理想效果。
2、本产品使用后可自然干燥24时或经过烘道（干燥机）130℃度过热2-3分钟，如果使用压烫机压烫130℃度压烫10-15秒。
4、印完后烘道完全烘干，即可马上洗水。其洗水牢度同弹性可与同类胶浆比美。

六、注意事项：
1、自然干燥时间与气温和空气湿度有关。
2、调色可根据客户需要颜色的深浅来调入色种的分量，颜色调入太多容易引起掉色现象，色种最好控制在5%之内.
3、如印容易掉色的深色布，需要测试颜色是否会升华到胶浆表面上，以减少不必要的损失。
4、使用本产品印,必要时要进行白胶浆和透明浆相调和搅匀印刷，以免出现裂纹及手感软弱度差的现象。
5、使用本透明产品印花，要稍加白胶浆掺和进行调色印花有利于在纺织品面料上印花着色度饱和，更好发挥透明浆的应用效果。

四．Operationprocedure

2.Afterusingthisproduct,airdryfor24hoursorthroughbaketunnel(dryingmachine)toheat2-3minutesatthetemperatureof130℃,ifusingheatpressurepressat130℃for10-15seconds.
3.Afterprinting,usingbaketunneltodry,andthencanbewashedatonce.Thewashpropertyiscomparabilitytothesimilarpaste.
