1、印前:先将固化剂加入浆内充分搅拌均匀，印花色浆添加量换控制在8%以内。
2、印后:印花成品自然干燥24小时后，或180℃压烫20秒，或180℃烘2~3分钟即可水洗。
3、加入固化剂的石磨胶浆必须在6~8小时内用完。
注意事项：
由于牛仔面料多种多样，在印花之前需要先行测试。在有涂层的布料上印花，需要测试布料涂层跟PU体系的粘结强度.

1.before：add curing agent into paste and stir completely, the amount of printing paste should controlled within 8%
2.After: The finished product natural drying after 24hours,or heat pressure at 180℃ for 20 seconds,or baked at 180℃ for 2-3minutes and then wash
3.The graphite mucilage with curing agent should used up within 6-8hours.
Notes
Due to the variety of denim fabric, you would better make a test before printing, printing on the fabric with layer, should have a test about viscosity of fabric layer and PU system.
