三、特性

弹性好、遮盖力好、牢度好、耐水洗、易过网,高附着力，手感特柔软，耐高温蒸煮。耐黄变.常温下保存12个月，（避免45℃以上高温或-25℃以下低温）低温耐折型，免过热型，高附着力。属于环保型。（双组份）

PU230A高弹水性墨白（双组份）：遮盖力好，牢度好，弹性好，手感中软，易过网，高附着力，耐黄变，超低温耐折型，抗回粘性能优，防冻，用于转印烫画与彩印结合力强以及耐水洗超强

PU230B高弹水性墨透（双组份）：高透明，得色率好，牢度好，弹性好，手感中软，易过网，高附着力，耐黄变，超低温耐折型，抗回粘性能优，防冻

五、操作流程：

1）印花工艺：网纱80-100目印花→印2-3次2刀→烘干、干燥→热处理或热压(130-140℃,8-12秒)

2）由于面料多种多样，在印花之前需要先行测试。在有涂层的布料上印花，需要测试布料涂层跟PU体系的粘结强度.。未确定情况使用或操作不当引起的质量问题本公司概不负责 。
