一．适用：

本产品适用于棉，涤棉，化纤。

二、外观组成及说明：

外 观：半透明糊状物。
主成分：丙烯酸脂共聚物。
离子性：阴离子型。
[保 存 期]：温室贮存一年，室温0-40℃，避免暴晒 或 冷冻。

三、特性

牢度特好、亮度好、抗氧化、配铜金粉颜色不会发暗，手感较软、水洗不起皮、不易脱落，环保指数达国际织物要求。
四、操作流程：

1) 选择合适的助剂可以提高印花面的色牢度与摩擦牢度（注意助剂的时效性）

2) 浆体不宜稠，印第一遍（俗称：打底）至关重要，使浆料渗透到面料内部，扎根。 避免“浮浆”脱落。
3) 干透后再进行热处理，可以降低印花表面粘度，增加牢度。印花24小时后，方可测试牢度。

4）印花工艺： (网纱30-50目)印花 → 烘干、干燥 → 热处理（120-150℃,2-3分钟）或热压（120-150，8秒）
5） 该浆与金葱片、七彩片、彩砂调配使用。各种片的投放量以不超过20%为
6） 印花后建议：用120℃-150℃的温度压烫8秒左右。

1)Choosing suitable auxiliaries can improve the color fastness and friction fastness of printing.

2)The paste should not be thick,print first time(render)is crucial,make the paste permeate into fabric.avoid “laitance”or shelling.

3)After dry completely and making a heat treat,which can reduce viscosity of printing surface and increase fastness.After printing for 24hours,can make a test about fastness.

4)Printing technology:(30-50mesh )printing→drying→heat treat(at 120-150℃for 2-3minutes)or heat pressure (at 120-150℃for 8seconds)

5)This paste combines with glitter powder, discus powder and color sand to use.The amount of powder do not over 20%

6)Advice after printing:using 120-150℃ to make a heat pressure for 8seconds.
