1、印前:先将固化剂加入浆内充分搅拌均匀，印花色浆添加量换控制在5%以内。
2、印后:印花成品自然干燥24-48小时或180℃压烫20秒，或180℃烘2~3分钟即可。
3、加入固化剂的石磨胶浆必须在6~8小时内用完。
注意事项：
由于牛仔面料多种多样，在印花之前需要先行测试。在有涂层的布料上印花，需要测试布料涂层跟PU体系的粘结强度.
