一．适用：
牛仔布，棉，丝光棉，涤纶布，化纤布等织物的裂纹印花效果。
二．外观及组成：
1、白色稠状物/乳白膏状物。
2、由高分子特殊树脂及特殊助剂复合而成。
3、固体含量55%±1。
三．产品特性：
本系列产品印花吹干后会出现自然的龟裂纹肌理效果，操作简便。龟裂打底浆对基布附着力好，龟裂浆自然龟裂，纹路清晰。产品不含邻苯二甲酸、PVC、甲醛及有害金属。符合欧盟、美国、日本环保要求。
四．操作工艺参考：
1、CH-0720 打底浆打底印一至二次，吹干。
2、 用CH-809龟裂浆溥网印刷二至三次，请用冷风吹浆层的表面，在浆层还没有裂开之前返印，在台板上吹裂。建议最好是晒厚网印龟裂浆，一次印够色为最佳。
五．注意事项：
1.裂纹的大小与多少可以在龟裂白和龟裂透明的互配比例和印出来的浆层厚溥控制，龟裂透明比例越多和印出来的浆层越溥它的裂纹就越细，反之它的裂纹越粗。
2.特别强调，龟纹浆一定要用打底透明，否则易脱落且没有弹力。
3.纹理大小与浆层厚薄有关，浆层越薄则裂纹就越细且小，反之它的裂纹越大且粗
4.开盖使用后注意密封保存，以免粉化或变质，应贮存在密封的溶器内，避免冷冻及高温，在阴凉干燥的环境中，贮存期12个月

四．Reference of operation process
1.CH-0720 crack base as render printed once or twice, blow-drying.
2.Use CH-809crack pulp to printing second or third times, baking on the bed-plate(pay attention to the garment should be cemented on the bed-plate.)
1.Notes： y the ratio of crack white and crack clear,the more ratio of crack clear,the slighter of paste layout,the slimmer of cracking,otherwise,its cracking is thick.
2.Emphasis that crack paste must use clear base to as render, otherwise,it will easy to come off and without elasticity.
3.The texture size is relative to the thickness of plasma layer,the less thicker of plasma layer,the smaller and thinner of crack,otherwise,the crack is bigger and thicker.
4.After opening and using it,you should seal,in order to prevent pulverization or deterioration,you should store in an air-tight container.Besides,avoiding freeze and high temperature and do not place in a cool, dry environment.
