三、特性
◇在椭圆机、八爪鱼机上用300目高目数网布，出55线以上菲林制成精细网点连续印刷4-8个小时不堵网。在黑色和深色面料做专色网点得色率、高遮盖率好，干爽性好。印好产品通过高温150摄氏度烘3-5分钟，高温90度机洗一次2小时，连续洗五次不翘边，指甲刮不脱落。本产品通过ECO-Passport生态环保认证。CH7100A机印网点白胶浆（哑面干爽型）：遮盖力一般，哑面肤感柔软型，水洗牢度好，越洗越鲜艳，环保，适合于椭圆机、平网机、圆网机、八爪鱼
CH7100B机印网点透明浆（哑面干爽型）：得色率高，哑面超干爽型，水洗牢度好，越洗越鲜艳，环保，适合于椭圆机、平网机、圆网机、八爪鱼
CH7100NC机印网点透明浆（超慢干超柔软型）：得色率高,手感超柔软，水洗牢度好，越洗越鲜艳，自交联比较慢，干爽性一般，环保，适合于椭圆机、平网机、圆网机、八爪鱼

◇印花工艺：印花→烘干、干燥→热处理（130-150℃，3-5分钟）或热压（130-150℃,3-5秒）。
五、注意事项
◇自然干燥时间与气温和空气湿度有关在印花之前先要做小样实验，确定以后方可进行批量生产。
◇未确定情况使用或操作不当引起的质量问题本公司概不负责。◇如加固化剂的浆料建议8小时内使用完毕。六、保存期温室贮存一年，室温0-40℃，避免暴晒或冷冻。
