三、特性
在染色布底上有良好的罩印能力，也可以加入通常的涂料色浆进行调色。
绒面浆形成的薄膜柔软而富有弹性。印后可达到恒温60度2至3小时的洗水要求。
四、操作应用
把绒面浆按实际所需调好颜色直接印在布料上，印2～3次为佳，然后以150-170℃烘烤2-3分钟或经压烫机150-170℃压烫10-15秒，温度过高或过低会影响绒面的效果和手感，操作时应注意。
五、注意事项
◇由于印花面料的多样化，使用前先做小样实验确定以后方可批量生产。
◇如要增加浆料的弹性可加入本公司PU230透明浆10%-20%来增加弹性。
◇本产品属高端环保型浆料，常温下保存12个月。

三．Features
Having a excellent ability of cover printing on dyeing bottom layer, also could add usual pigment to adjust color.
Thin film is formed by suede puff is soft and elastic.After printing, it could reach the requirement of wash at 60℃ for 2-3hours.
四．Operation Application
Print suede puff on fabric directly according to actual need to adjust color, it is better to print 2-3times and then bake for 2-3minutes or use press machines to press at 150-170℃ for 10-15seconds,if the temperature over high or over low will affect suede puff’s effects and hand feel, should be noticed in operation.
五．Notes
Due to variety of fabric, you should better make a sample test before into a batch production.

This product belongs to high end environmental protection paste, the shelf life is 12 months at normal temperature.
